CYTK’s content includes step-by-step repair procedures, TSBs, wiring diagrams, parts and labor estimates, repair specifications, fluid specifications, component figures, and recall information (and YouTube videos).

Using Artificial Intelligence, CYTK Smart Search helps technicians get the right information quickly with the touch of a finger or a voice search. CYTK’s objective is to help automotive technicians be more efficient, improve quality of repair and increase overall job satisfaction.
CYTK Features:
CYTK uses Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning and Natural Language Understanding) to retrieve relevant information for automotive technicians right where you do your work - at the vehicle. With a simple keyword search or voice command (our voice feature “SmartTalk™” is currently in Beta), you can access:
- Quick Service Summary: An at-a-glance list of specifications including: fluid type and capacity, torque fitment, and engine oil light reset procedure.
- Procedures: Search a quick list of frequently used procedures or drill into a specific procedure, such as a Brake Rotor R&R, for steps to complete, including diagrams and component locations.
- Wiring Diagrams: Stop walking back and forth to a computer - just “pinch and expand” the Wiring Diagram right there on your smartphone screen.
- Technical Bulletins: The app includes Technical Service Bulletins available from every major OEM.
- YouTube Videos: CYTK not only provides OEM service procedures, but also provides YouTube videos relevant to the specific vehicle and search criteria.
- Parts & Labor Estimates: A hands-free alternative to finding Parts & Labor estimates. Type the component name and choose “Parts and Labor” or try our SmartTalk and tell CYTK what procedure you’re working on and the P&L information is right there on your smartphone - no need for the time-consuming walk back and forth to your desktop computer or parts department.
- Component Locations: Search the location of a component that you need to replace, such as the location of a Cabin Air Filter, quickly and easily right at the vehicle.
- Specifications: Search a quick list of popular specification categories, or use our “SmartTalk” voice search to view something specific, such as 'Wheel Nut Tightening Torque'.
